    I had purchased my phone from them in March which had problems in June, so I took it back to them. They said they will send it to Motorola, and may get back to me in 2 weeks. So, 2 weeks down I call them and guess what - the phone is still with them (OfficeWorks) - they have not even sent it to Motorola. Why? They had a long backlog which they wanted to get through. Could they have told me this when I gave them my phone to fix? Could they have updated me with what is going on? I am still chasing them everyday to get the updates only to be told that there is only one person who knows about your phone and he is not available at the moment. "Only one person" - comes from someone who is a IT supplier - someone who thinks that deal in technology. !!?
